Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with MIZUKIMV. This policy outlines how we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders. Please read it carefully before placing an order.

Order Fulfilment & Processing

All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our warehouse in Malé, Maldives.

Processing Time

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 business hours from the time of order creation. Business hours are Sunday to Thursday, 08:00 AM – 5:00 PM Maldivian Time (MVT), excluding weekends and Maldives public holidays.

Default Order Type — Important

All orders are treated as delivery by default. If you require pick-up, this must be explicitly stated at the time of placing your order. Failure to do so may result in your order being prepared for dispatch rather than collection.

Changing from delivery to pick-up

If you wish to switch from delivery to pick-up after placing your order, you must notify us before 12:00 PM on the same business day. Requests received after this window will be processed on the next business day.

Same-Day Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00 PM MVT may be eligible for same-day dispatch, subject to product availability, order volume, and operational capacity. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will ordinarily be dispatched on the following business day.

Same-day dispatch is a best-effort service and is not guaranteed. It may be temporarily unavailable during high-volume or holiday periods.

Instagram Orders

Orders placed via Instagram must have payment confirmed and complete delivery details submitted before 2:00 PM MVT to be considered for same-day dispatch. Orders not confirmed by this time will be dispatched on the next available business day.

Dispatch Confirmation

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details where applicable.

Delivery Timeframes & Charges

All delivery estimates are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Specific Time or Date Requests

We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time or on a specific date. Requests to prioritise or expedite delivery must be made at the time of placing the order. We cannot accommodate such requests after order confirmation.

Salary Week Policy 25th – 7th Monthly

The period from the 25th of each month to the 7th of the following month is designated a high-volume processing window. To ensure all orders are fulfilled fairly and efficiently, the following conditions apply during this period:

By placing an order during the salary week period, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a complete and accurate delivery address is provided at the time of ordering. MIZUKIMV shall not be held liable for delayed or failed deliveries resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or inaccessible address information.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the customer being unavailable or the address being unreachable, our team will make reasonable efforts to contact you. If delivery cannot be completed after reasonable attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse. A re-delivery fee may apply.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@mizukimv.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with our delivery partner and work towards a resolution.

Unforeseen Circumstances

Delivery schedules may be affected by events beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, MIZUKIMV shall not be held liable for delays, and customers will be notified wherever reasonably possible.

Taxes, Duties & Customs Fees

MIZUKIMV is not responsible for any import duties, VAT, customs charges, brokerage fees, or additional levies imposed by local or national authorities upon delivery.

  • All such charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  • Charges vary by destination and cannot be predicted or controlled by MIZUKIMV.
  • We recommend contacting your local customs authority for accurate guidance prior to ordering.
Non-Refundable Shipping & Taxes Shipping fees and applicable taxes are non-refundable for parcels that are refused, returned, or abandoned due to unpaid VAT, import duties, or customs charges.
