What is Moonlings World and how does it work? +
Moonlings World is our loyalty programme — our way of saying thank you to every Moonling who shops with us. Create an account and you're automatically enrolled. Earn Moon Points for purchases and special actions, then redeem them for discount codes at checkout. The more you collect, the more you save.
How do I earn Moon Points? +
You earn 1 point per MVR 1 spent on every qualifying order. On top of that, you get 200 bonus points for signing up, 200 for joining our mailing list, 50 each for following us on Instagram and TikTok, and 20 for adding your birthday. Referring a friend also earns you bonus points when they place their first order.
What can I redeem my Moon Points for? +
You can convert Moon Points into four discount codes: MVR 25 off (500 pts), MVR 50 off (1,000 pts), 5% off (2,500 pts), or 10% off (5,500 pts). Each has a minimum order value. The higher the tier, the better the value per point — so it always pays to save up.
How do the Moonling tiers work? +
Every Moonling starts at Crescent. Spend MVR 7,000 to reach Half Moon (2× points). Spend MVR 15,000 in total (MVR 8,000 more while in Half Moon) to reach Full Moon (3× points). Tiers last 12 months — if your spending drops below the threshold, you may move down a tier. Full Moon Moonlings also unlock exclusive VIP perks and events.
Do Moon Points expire? +
Yes — unused Moon Points expire after 12 months of inactivity. Keep shopping and earning to keep them alive!
Which orders qualify for points? +
Points are earned on orders placed through your enrolled Moonlings World account. Guest orders, orders placed before joining, or orders under a different account do not qualify. Cancelled, refunded, or returned orders will not earn points. Points are calculated on the final purchase amount after all adjustments.
How do I check my Moon Points balance? +
Log in to your Moonlings World account and your points balance will be visible at the top of the Rewards page. You can also see your current tier and available rewards from there.
How do I redeem my Moon Points? +
Head to the Rewards section of your account and select the Rewards tab. You'll see all available rewards listed there. If you have enough Moon Points, simply select the reward you want and a discount code will be generated for you to use at checkout.
