Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping at MIZUKIMV (“we”, “us”, “our”). Please read this Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully before placing an order.


Order Fulfilment & Processing

All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our Malé, Maldives warehouse.

Once payment is successfully received, orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Business days are defined as Sunday to Thursday, excluding public and bank holidays in the Maldives.

Shipping confirmation and tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.


Delivery Timeframes (Maldives)

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Malé & Hulhumalé

  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days from dispatch
  • FREE delivery on orders over MVR 300
  • Delivery schedules:     

              Malé: 13:00 – 22:00

              Hulhumalé: 18:00 – 23:00

Other Islands (Maldives)

  • Tracked standard shipping: MVR 60
  • Estimated delivery: 5–15 business days from dispatch


Same-Day Dispatch

Orders placed before 12:00 PM may be eligible for same-day dispatch, subject to:

  • Product availability
  • Order volume
  • Operational capacity

Orders placed after 12:00 PM will typically be dispatched on the next business day.

Same-day dispatch is not guaranteed and may not be available during peak periods.


Instagram Orders

For orders placed via Instagram, customers must confirm payment and delivery details before 12:00 PM to be considered for same-day dispatch. Failure to provide confirmation may result in dispatch on the next business day.


Pick-Up Orders

Orders will be marked as pick-up unless delivery is explicitly requested at the time of ordering.

If a customer wishes to change from pick-up to delivery, they must inform us and provide complete delivery details before 12:00 PM for same-day processing. Additional delivery fees may apply.


Salary Week Processing Delays

During salary week (25th of each month to 7th of the following month), order processing times may be delayed by up to 24 hours due to high order volume.

During this period:

  • All sales are final
  • Order changes and cancellations are not accepted
  • Pick-up service may be temporarily unavailable

By placing an order during this period, customers acknowledge and accept these conditions.


Delivery Limitations & Expedited Requests

We do not guarantee delivery at a specific time or date.
Requests to expedite delivery must be made at the time of placing the order. We are unable to accommodate expedited requests made after order confirmation.


Unforeseen Circumstances

Delivery schedules may be affected by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Government or courier service delays

MIZUKIMV shall not be held liable for delays caused by such events. Customers will be notified where reasonably possible.


Taxes, Duties & Customs Fees

MIZUKIMV is not responsible for any import duties, VAT, customs charges, brokerage fees, or additional costs imposed by local authorities.

  • All such charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer
  • Charges vary by destination and cannot be predicted or controlled by MIZUKIMV
  • Customers are advised to contact their local customs office for accurate information

Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable for parcels refused due to unpaid VAT, duties, or customs charges.
