Cleanse your skin, and then pat dry (it will not adhere to damp skin)
Choose a size, and peel away a patch, then place it gently over any active breakouts. Press and hold the patch into the skin for a few seconds, and then proceed with the rest of your routine.
After 8-10 hours, remove the patch will have turned white (that means it has collected all the puss and impurities).
Apply another if needed, or your treatment products.
