How to use
Using the spatula, scoop a generous amount of balm onto dry hands and dot across your face (forehead, cheeks and chin)
Massage the balm into your skin until makeup is dissolved, and then rinse with warm water so that the balm becomes milky.
Rinse until the cleanser is fully removed and ALWAYS follow with a foam/water-based cleanser as part of your double cleanse routine.
