Atopalm's MLE Cream is a rich, non-greasy moisturiser designed to deeply hydrate and soothe dry, sensitive skin.

Formulated with patented Multi-Lamellar Emulsion (MLE) technology and Ceramide-9S™, it mimics the natural structure of your skin, allowing ingredients to absorb quickly while strengthening the skin’s moisture barrier to lock in hydration and calm irritation. Also enriched with soothing allantoin and a blend of vegetable seed oils — grape, safflower, sunflower, and jojoba, along with green tea seed oil for antioxidant protection, it works to nourish and fortify your skin against everyday stressors. 

This fast-absorbing cream, with its smooth texture, provides long-lasting moisture for up to 48 hours, leaving skin soft, hydrated, and healthy all day, and is suitable for all ages, from newborns to adults.

At the moisturising stage of your routine (both AM and PM) squeeze a moderate amount out onto your fingers, and gently smooth the cream over your skin
